Active and Passive Voice

Formula for an active sentence is :

Subject + Verb1 / Verb2 + Object + Adverb
or
Thing doing action + Verb + Thing receiving action

Example:
1. I drive my car everyday.
2. She watches the TV constantly.
3. Rian rides the bicycle at the park.

Formula of a passive sentence is :

Object + to be + Verb3 + by + Subject + Adverb
or
Thing receiving action + to be + Past participle + Thing doing action

Example:
1. My car is driven by me everyday.
2. The TV is watched by her constantly.
3. The bicycle is rode by Rian.
